From start to finish - a such wonderful experience on vacation. Spacious rooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge. Vews of the ocean. Marvellous location close to good golf courses, great value.
Bad free Wi-Fi.

Poor comfort. Dirty bathrooms. Hardest bed ever made. Had to buy air mattress to put on beds. Sofa dirty with holess and green candy or gum imbedded. Carpet dirty. Balcony chairs covered in black mold.

I was told there was a in door pool and there was not they kept it lock I stay there because of the indoor pool causer my wife is allegric to the sun and we did not get to use the indoor pool also I called tuesday about the bed being broken and they seny someone out friday to fix it the day before i left

River Oaks by Palmetto Vacation Rentals is a very nice place to stay with a family and a great location. We enjoyed our stay.
The only thing I disliked about the place was the cleaning fees of $165.00 which was not told to me upfront. If I would have known that I would not have stayed at the rental property. I would have gotten a hotel room. It was just me and my husband and then having to take the trash out yourself when you have paid for cleaning services. All cost should be out front.

Staff were very delightful and happy. Room was a great size for our family and decorated very beautifully. The location was great.
For $165 cleaning fee, I would have expected the condo alittle cleaner. Dishwsher was in poor condition, did not clean the dishes.
